Digital subscription service

SkorHero provides access to a digital learning and monitoring service. No physical product is shipped. Free access is available as a Lite plan, and paid subscription charges are billed monthly according to the selected student plan.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed when there is a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, or a verified inability to access the paid service after reasonable support attempts. Requests should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge.

How to request a refund

Send the account email, payment date, payment reference if available, and reason for request to support. We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, and access issue.

Affiliate commission impact

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, any related affiliate commission may be reversed or excluded from payout.

Non-refundable situations

Subscription fees are generally not refundable for unused time, change of mind, failure to use the app, or cancellation after a billing cycle has already started, unless required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Parents may cancel future renewals through the billing flow when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous successful charges.
